- Roxanne Brace Review added: 2018.11.20★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely brilliant, honestly the most welcoming gym I have ever been to (and I've tried a fair few), everyone is encouraged to get on with each other, sweat and pant together and have a giggle whilst being pushed to their limits with the challenging work outs. There's constant support inside and outside of the gym to keep you motivated and in check, great nutrition advice and help is always there when needed. Really cant fault GI Local in any way! Best gym in Medway for sure!!
