Regardless of the fault (which turned out to be neither of our faults), you just don't talk to customers like that who have spent time and a lot of money in the store. I can put up with problems - they happen. but someone being an absolute rude pig of a bloke for no reason and accusing and threatening ton"loose their temper" with me for things I haven't even said - no chance. My father went to collect the faulty speaker and again, even he also received a lot of Attutide and confrontation from the owner. As an adult who owns a business He should be absolutely ashamed of how he conducts himself rather than acting like a childish idiot who just refuses to deal with the problem and get it resolved in a civil manner. all I can say is I feel extremely sorry for the staff who work for him. They must put up with absolute hell.
